They give almost exactly the same stats, but if you wanna be nitpicky I think quints give 0.01 more. Unless the true stats of the marks are 1.667 (and quints 3.333). In that case the marks will give 0.001 more.

AS reds/ArPen quints (+15% AS / +10 ArPen)
ArPen reds/ AD quints (+15 ArPen / +7 AD)
Which of these do you think is superior? My initial thought is AS, to let enrage proc more often. I don't have 3 AS Quints yet (worth getting?) so thats why I don't offer ArPen reds and AS quints as an option.
Should I use some hybrid of ArPen/AS reds and AD quints or something? Basically just looking for your favorite rune setup for jungle Sion. Thanks!
