I personaly believe that the only thing they need to add, is :
- You can lifesteal with your Q
- Your ultimate makes you able to jump mid if you are bot or top

His kit is fine, but he needs some kind of boost to keep up with higher tier champions.
The only items it'll be really useful for are madreds (for both jungle use and bloodrazor) and wits end.
I thought about maybe phage proc(etc) on spear or heartseeker, but idk if that would be too much.

Panth kit is pretty damn fine atm, people should just stop building him as a tanky DPS tho, it's just sad.
Build stacking AP with just a banshee for defense he does tons of damage. what he could need is a buff to his mp/5 or base/xlvlmana

I feel like this would make him a better champion in general while not too much buff. This would also bring back jungle pantheon.
Also give more range on ult 5500 is not enough ^^
