In my oppinion you dont build enough life to make atma's worth while.

Did you know that Fratma's actually totals up more AD than Atmog's? You know, because mallet actually nets you some AD. That means you haven't actually done any math or calculations when you made this post! Good job. And no, getting much more HP than that would be stupid. Atma's is good because it gives you AD and armor at a very efficient cost.

I prefer atmog's because I like having more HP, but there is plenty of HP in either of his builds to make atma's worthwhile.

Why do you suggest to get a Last Whisper that early at build 1? It's a percentage armor penetration, which gets applied last.
After you get The Brutalizer, you have 36 flat (runes, masteries and items), and 10% armor penetration. I can hardly imagine anyone having really much armor at this game stage to make the 40% be worth it.
On the other hand, Last Whisper only offers you 40 AD. Wouldn't it be better to skip it at this stage, and only get it if the enemies are really stacking a lot of armor, so you should get it in the 5-6th slots, as you do in builds 2 and 3.

I also don't see why do you consider Madred's Bloodrazor to be a good item for her.
Riven relies on using her passive to maximize the damage output (and the passive's damage is not a joke). Also, it says it deals 4% damage of target's maximum hp. That's actually not much, especially if you remember that it's magic damage, and it will be reduced my MR.
I strongly believe that it's best used on either fast range attackers like Kog or Teemo, or on champions like WW that can get a lot of hits in a short time with his ultimate.

Why don't you consider takine Ionian Boots of Lucidity? I get Mercury's Treads in most of the games too, but if the enemy team is not cc-heavy, you might want to swap those for extra CDR.

Overall, your guide is pretty good, +1 from me.

A problem with mastery...How can you point Weapon Expertise with no point Alacrity?

While I really love the build, you may want to fix the fact in your second guide that the masteries show 4/4 CDR, but you get the Armor Pen.

Hoping to see an updated guide within the week on the changes on Riven. Seems to all have made Riven a stronger jungler and solo top.

I'm honestly hoping you'll include a jungle section after this. With this patch she's become a really good jungler.

MY RIVEN IS THE BEST MOUHAHAAHAHAHA

Don't post if that's all your gonna post, I've been getting a bunch of random downvotes that are considered reasonable but, if you made an account yesterday to post that.. I don't know. For future reference, if your gonna downvote it or upvote it for that matter, give me a reason, whether you liked it, whether there was something wrong with the build, I don't care, but I want insight, either helping me improving or something to keep in mind.
