Im talking about how when you look at the guide and the champions artwork appears at the top of the build. How do you pick which one shows for your build?

You can't change the skin that appears. The admin basically selected their favorite artworks for each champ and that's what shows up on your guide. That's why it's a mixture of english, chinese, and skin splashes.
