300 ping is easy, 500 ping is a bit difficult, but wouldn't that be easier to speak about latency instead of ping? You can see ping just before match, but you can see latency during whole match.
In ranked games i try to use modern strategies, I have played for example Annie-support a year before it came famous.
Lol you guys usually play with 150 ping on NA? I literally can't play at all if my ping is that high. I get 37 ping on EUW most of the time. Even at ~70 ping it starts to get hard to dodge skillshots and react quickly.

but you know I play on EU-E normal latency 40-50, but i also played on NA server for a bit had 120, but there was absolutely no difference in game response.
For me game is playable up to 300 latency, horror starts at above 500.

I can play at 190~200, have had to do it when I'm not at college hogging the intrawebs. But I usually get around 85~95 when I'm on campus.
