Nah, I asked for it (Ryze was the only other viable mid on the team and he didn't care). Fiddle in duo lane makes no sense...we already had a jungle Noc, and I don't like jungling fiddle.
It wouldn't be that hard....I can play Support Nasus and Tank Veigar, I'm pretty sure I can play Support Fiddle.

Did some lane fiddle play on my smurf(Why no jungle? Because new players won't protect me from jungle invasion and the enemies always come to find me). I personally would skip Hextech Revolver and Will of the Ancients(or get it very very late). For skill, I will definitely max Drain + Fear first. I just don't see Dark Wind doing too much when laning(or maybe I just never try). If your team has no tank then definitely grab a Zhonya's Hourglass quick when the team fight session is on.
i tried support fiddlesticks yesterday.
went w q e w q then r > q > w > e
started with amp tome -> kage and then a philo.
it worked way better than i thought it would, fear an enemy and have the ad carry (in my case ashe) shoot them a few times.
the only thing is being fiddlesticks and not taric/soraka for example is that its not the end of the world if you get a kill.
i was gonna build the cloak into abyssal but since someone already had one and there was shaco boxes everywhere i built banshees.

My recommendation is drop ryali's to get both zhona's and the abyssal. i'd also get 1 early point in dark wind for the silence, but pritorise drain then terrify (obviously taking crowstorm). i'm not a pro, but that's my thoughts.

Go jungle, you'll have way more success with fids if you come flying out of a bush screaming your head off (how i play fiddle :P). If you don't end up jungling I'd probably have to agree with Duff, revolver seems a little redundant for laning with fids, rush dat RoA.

Since maxing DW first leaves Drain on rank 1 making its heal completely deniable by ignite on lvl 4-5 + your fragile wooden ***... wouldnt be so sure if you rly wanna walk around as ad ranged one hit.
