His build is actually WAY better in dominion, where you don't have to change any items, he gets free stacks for kills/assists, and you don't have to rely on bloodrazor to do your damage (Since you'd die before 3-4 attacks anyways with bloodrazor.)

Full damage GP can be okay but you should just go full DMG :P Like 1 BT, I.E, TF, LW or Youmuu's, Maybe a GA, boots. :P And just poke with Parrrlay

PD is the main bad part about that build.
And the whole... it costs 19k gold part.

If you build a PD you're spending a lot of gold on attack speed.
If you're squishy, it's dangerous to go auto attacking.
With Youmuu's you'll have some canned attack speed and better poking power ^^

well, actually, if you play at Parrrley, you never autoattack. And I picked up PD mainly for the consistant movement speed. Together with nice crit chance. With Raise Morale and Trinity Force, you are so fast, that you can run it, shot, run out, run in, shot, run out...
And you can slow them, too, so they can't really reach you. If all goes wrong, ulti will also slow. And you can escape any cc.
