How do I determine my solo top champ?

With all solo top champs I've had my up and downs, being ups when I completly destroy enemy team, being downs when I'm still amazing and great and unkillable, yet somehow my enemy manages to get more kills than me, and those kills seem to be very close to the number of my deaths if not identical, yet it wasn't me, I swear. I play a lot of different solo tops, only exceptions are those I don't own and [[olaf]] it was a mistake buying him since he's a bad champ that's only loved by premature ejaculators because they see themself in the mechnics of [[undertrow]] (you know, every time you grab your "axe" you're ready to "shoot"). Jokes and random insults to Duff's serious medical condition aside how can I determine who's a fitting solo top for my style? [[Irelia]] I farm with her, I net kills on enemy solo top with her, then I get to teamfights and I'm just like "and now?" [[nasus]] hardly have below 500/600 damage on [[siphoning strike]] lategame, yet I get kited like a dumbass [[riven]] I find her amazing yet sometimes a random [[wukong]] appears and rapes me without using protections (it's not always Wu, but this all started because today I got destroyed by him after killing him 1st and actually outfarming him by a good amount, suddently he started raping me and made me look like and feel like a feeder, I ended the game something like 2/8 doing worst than our support [[ryze]] bot) [[renekton]] barely play him, never failed, but he bores me [[Swain]] situational, if a wild [[yorick]] appears toplane I get so zoned I wanna cry [[Yorik]] if I got 2/0 before lvl 6 on [[talon]] while having 2 times his creeps, then he makes lvl 6 and rapes me something has got to be wrong [[singed]] I used to be so good at him, then I stopped playing him, lately I've had him for 2 games and I utterly failed, have I lost my touch? [[Vladimir]] I might be the reason for he's called badimir [[Leona]] never failed with her solo top, no team allows me to solo top with her anymore tho [[Galio]] always did good, then one game I got raped by [[akali]] regardless having something like 120MR never picked him anymore [[Udyr]] only use him to counter Talon lately, better use him for jungle [[Nidalee]] still need to see this new HotShotNidaleeGG tanky DPS build (how's that itemized btw? any links), when I used to play her AP after heal nerf I kept having ok laning then got to teamfighting and had ni friggin idea what to do. [[Garen]] he should be my pick considering just how fucking good I do with him, but he bored the crap out of me in season one, if possible I would like to never use him again in my life [[Jarvan IV]] I think I'm good at him despite my 1W 3L season record, is just that everytime I'm in champ select and I'm thinking about playing him I end up picking someone else because I feelthere are way better options [[wukong]] rite now he would be my pick if had him but I dunno how long he would last I dunno if this whole post makes any sense to anyone, but if it does, PLEASE HELP ME I'M DESPERATE oh if your answer is "just don't be solo top" just don't post.[/quote]
