Nunu with Doran's Ring and zero m/regen runes never runs out of mana even without using passive to the fullest. Olaf's true damage is certainly nice, but Nunu's E out ranges it. If Olaf sits in the middle of creeps he can't heal E damage fast enough, and Q outheals E at all levels of the game.[/quote]
