Noc's fear range needed a nerf since he came out. You just couln't out-range his fear unless you flash :/

In my opinion if you can play Akali she'll still be a competitive top champion. Also for what **** they were talking, spells aren't that nerfed and Flash will still be most common.
I'd rather be hated for who I am than loved for who I'm not.
