What i want to say is that Dodge can be a somewhat viable source of survability if the Chance is high enough, and 10-25% isnt high enough. But even if its reliable its still luck depended (except for 100%) no matter how you look at it and that is a FACT. With 10% Dodge you can dodge 1 attack out of 10, you can dodge 2 attacks out of 10, you can even dodge 8 attacks out of 10! It wont "save" you, moreover you sound like someone, who believes Dodge is only viable, if you evade that one last hit, that would kill you... o0, but it REDUCES overall (AA)dmg during the game, even more if the enemy relies heavily on crits. And while you need to stack Armor, youll easily gain Dodge on Tabis (ofc playing full tank doesnt allow you to skip Armor if you get yourself dodge). But yeah, maybe you'll survive certain fights only thx to evading some hits, while only Armor would not help you against mastery/runes/brutalizer/last whisper/starks fervor etc. And yeah, since Riot planned to remove Dodge for a long time now, they didnt support its usage to give Tanks or others the possibility to maintain at least ~30% Dodge if they wanted/needed to. 2 Items granted Dodge... 1 was removed.. yeah right.. Also: Yeah, Crit is the same as Dodge (offense/defense) but would Riot remove it? Nope. Guess why? Marketing: Dodge to dull, but Crit is POWNAGE....[/quote]
