i kinda wanted to make my guide kinda special, so im trying not to get any spell vamp, or at least get it later, seeing as half of kennens skills are AoE, so spell vamp only works on a 33% efficiency.
Then rush
Rylai's Crystal Scepter. He's squishy. Get the HP, save yourself a lot of trouble.

i know im being difficult here, but that item is really cost-inefficient and doesnt benefit kennen as much as it does with other champions. anyone you hit is either stunned, or about to be, and youll find yourself doing too little damage during it's build. also,
Kennen is not squishy.

Honestly, he's squishy.
Run into them to deal damage. Stick around with your ult to continue stunning. That's why most people get
Zhonya's Hourglass end game.

hmmm...guess ur kinda right...but what about getting the hourglass earlier? what bothers me most is that in almost every other
Kennen guide the hourglass came last, even though it's a staple item that pretty much lets you go glass cannon. its saved me from many deaths and ganks and gives 100 flat ap, and teamfights usually start right after i complete it at lvl 10-13ish. without the hourglass, once they focus you, you die and your ulti ends.
also, is
Guardian Angel an acceptable replacement for
Zhonya's Hourglass? if you dont care about the ap, i mean.

also, is

The only problem with rushing Hourglass IMO is, you're not building the resists for the lane you're in. You're getting armor against, 90% of the time, an AP/magic damage champ mid lane while Rylai's works for all damage.
Depending on the length of time on the revive, it may be worth it to get GA over hourglass as all skills continuous are still going while you revive. I.E.

Crowstorm and
Slicing Maelstrom

So what if i went:
Negatron Cloak >
Giant's Belt >
Zhonya's Hourglass?
and back to the original topic:
cheap item to buy first except
Will of the Ancients and
Haunting Guise that goes well into late game? or use above order/rabadon first?

I believe Luigi is correct. Since
Kennen is squishy, and very reliant on being at dangerous range to deal peak damage,
Rylai's Crystal Scepter seems like the way to go. It's very expensive, but I disagree that it's cost-inefficient.
Abyssal Mask is just over your cost-cap, but works extremely well for early game. I would never suggest this honestly, but
Moonflair Spellblade fits your budget, and gives tenacity.
