It's not like being a better farmer makes more minions appear, once you've got the BT you should be set.

Anything with a BT and berz greaves can farm easily.
Well, Sivir or Caitlyn for example can farm lanes a lot more quickly than say, Ashe.
Taking 20-30 seconds longer to farm it up can be a big deal if you die mid-late game.
