This is not looking for publicity nor votes/score (it's impossible to vote on it right now anyways). I'm looking for problems with a guide I'll "release" soonTM.

I'd say I'm about 80% done. Just polishing and another small section left.

I'm planning on adding a section on cost-effectiveness before release. It's mostly just to show how much better offense is in general.

Do take a look:

Looks solid but i'll give you my opinion:

Durability

Is actually a pretty good mastery. Not as good as it could be but 108 hp is still pretty dayum good.

Vigor

Doesn't compare to where it should be, but it's still pretty good. 3 points in 1 mastery is a lil more hp regen then 1 quint :3

Indomitable

Is it really that good? It only reduces damage by 1 and I can't really see that working to well...

Unless it like renews itself on each tick of a DoT or something? idk

Greed

Not quite sure I agree with it being so bad. It's pretty useful in conjunction with gp/10 at least imo.

Wealth

Agree, but it's an ok mastery in that you can buy Doran's + HP pot. I do wish it didn't take so long to get there and 40 per point would be much better >.>

Perseverance

Think it's a pretty bad mastery unless it stacks with SV and effects those too. Then it would be awesome.

Does it?

No, u bad.
It's decent/so-so, but like I said; Veteran's Scars makes up for that.

NO. It's ****.

I believe it does work on every tick of a DoT. It is pretty good.

It's bad. It needs a buff to ~0.7 to be good.

BUUUUT you could just take offense and get way better early stats and way better lategame stats...
It's a ****ty mastery that needs buffs.

It's decent, BUT way too far down and nowhere near the greatness of 2%CDR per mastery point.

Well, how would be the gold valuae's for my revamped masteries? To see some difference to the actual one.

http://leagueoflegends.wikia.com/wiki/User_blog:NicknameMy/New_Masteries,_how_to_make_them_fully_balanced

You could also compare the gold valuae of the mastery tree to runes. Would show how goud masteries are if you compare them to runes.

Your balance choices are far worse than Riot's, but you do add a few interesting things.

I know, nearly all masteries are OP this way. But well, this makes it harder to choose.^^

You have so many choises to put your points in.^^

After seeing this, what would be your perfect mastery tree?

No. Many of your changes are RIDICULOUSLY unbalanced.

I'll be adding my own opinions on how Riot should balance the masteries in a new section I'm working on. (called "Balance")

hmm... you mentioned 21/9/0 on manaless champs, but what about Expanded Mind on energy champs? Having more energy seems invaluable if you can pull of combos that didn't exist before... Obviously, this could be kinda champion dependent I think...

^ I have the same question as Freddy Shopan. I wonder if some energy thirsty champs could use Expanded Mind instead of going up to Veteran's Scars .
