Armor/MR are cheap, and that's fine with me :D.
Health Quints are super cheap, like 205g for 78hp
Tri lane for life.
But they scale soooo bad into end game.

Rofl, health quints are good until level 4-5 at which point the Armor/MR are better.

Not to mention you already have HP regen in your natural kit.
And 8 hp per second is worth like 250 gold if we go strictly by starting gear choices, while I believe 6-7 Ad is worth a lot more :P
I bought HP regen quints but I dont hardly ever use em..
Armor and MR feels superior always.
8.1 hp/5 is worth 234g.
6.75 ad is worth 280g.
13.5 mr is worth 225g.
12.78 armor is worth 214g.
Thats just quints.
