Well Xiaoli is a prty good Corki and for all the poke and zone early I still came back stronger later and took the lane with Olaf.

I think the best have to be Olaf, singed and Cho. Riven and Gragas aswell, just a little less played.
Uncommon Solo tops? Would Ryze count? And COULD Soraka work? Im going to be practicing some solo top with a friend tomoz, definetly playing some soraka. Couldn't see it working, but hey she has sustainability? I really doubt it though, her damage would be fine with AP, but she would need all the sustain AP items. And she can hardly initiate... Who knows, definetly one for a loltrollLoL game.

You can't build order soraka imo.
She's ultra flexible, and can either be a high CS support, and single handedly win her team their team fights, or she can be a legitimate AP carry.
All depends on the enemy team comp.

And i've also built her Frozen Heart + Warmog's Armor + Will of the Ancients + Force of Nature + Guardian Angel + Merc Treads

The lack of sustain is a concern but since her damage is kinda split she might be able to pull it off.

Just take Heal and ghost or flash or teleport, and rush revolver - > WotA and Rylai's.
