would have been a hell of a sig if not for the text. Work on placement and font, try and match up the font and color scheme with something that goes along with the image/render. C4D looks pretty good though, as does the border.

I think the placement of the text is OK, but you should work on making it fit the color scheme of the sig. Sure white is neutral, but it doesn't go with everything.
Try taking a color from the rest of the sig or making a clipping mask.

that's your biggest issue, text. Try some drop shadows, gradients, and using a color similar to the background. And work on placement.
As I said about borders, use either:
1. color that is predominant in the sig.
2. black
3. none
