udyr and amumu have better ganks than Master Yi, and they also bring more utility ....

Only noobs play M Yi as a back door, back dooring doesn't even work very well.

Even if Yi could be the fastest with 2 elixirs, it's still not viable. You spend 500g to gain few seconds, while you can be few seconds slower and you have an actual part of item already complete.
Oh and not only that, you would also be tied to 4th grade Utility masteries, which sucks because you couldn't 21 in offense.

Shyvana has very strong invasion after her fast clear time, definitely in top 5 for clear.
Udyr ganks are still very strong if successful, mixed with his fast clear time, only weakness is kiting and that his ganks are easier to avoid due to kiting.
I've gotten Rammus clear at 3:40, not fastest, but still strong, and ganks are among strongest.

Edit: 3.20 seems to be the time I get with karthus (using mpen red, armor yellow, ap/lvl blue and flat AP quints), however this could be even faster with flat AP blues.
note: you really need to ask for a leash when jungling karthus (even in the new jungle), having less then 200 hp throughout the whole jungle really isn't a good idea in a live game.
