I agree with this, but define "functional damage".
I think
Ahri's kit is more "viable" than Akali's, making her more reliable in competitive play.

Meh, she seems to actually have more potential mid. Her ult gives her scary ganking potential, and I'm pretty sure she's more damage than tanky caster (assassin). She also seems to need blue looking at her mana costs, but I'm not sure yet. I'll test it out tomorrow ;)

Sooo i didnt hear phreak say moar damage...is impressed. Idk what to think, she looks fun...i prefer champs like cass that take a lot of movement and skill to actually use properly....but im worried that shes going to be like leblanc. High early game power curve which can fall off towards late game. The video didnt show that but im suspicious.
