I'm afraid that is not possible :( But I agree it would be nice if that was possible... But that is game-related, not Mobafire-related so I don't think you will get much done here, try to post this in LoL forums.
But I like that idea, that you can say which recommended items show up, and I'd even prefer that you can make some sort of config per champion which remembers your key bindings. With Lux I put shield on smartcast, but with Caitlyn I don't use smartcast at all. Now I have to change it all the time, would be nice if the game can just remember my preferred settings.

when game starts and I open the ingame shop the game shows me recommended items i should buy for my sona. But every game I don't buy these items and I've to search for my items which costs a lot of time. Is there a way to customize the recommended items, so I don't have to search in the itemlist?
