1200 is like Roulette. Either your team feeds or enemy team feeds. You have those 15% of games which are close and YOU can make a difference and maybe get higher. Personally my lowest point was 1215.

Though you will find trolls just about everywhere, and some players just have bad games sometimes.
It's more about how you play and how you affect your team to play. You are in control (unless troll).

I'm just shy of 1600 and honestly its the same. You still get feeders, you still get ragers and you still get people that afk if they dont get solo top or they afk if they die once.
I will admit that maybe you get them in 20% of games as opposed to 50% but they are definitely still there.
The games in general are usually settled by an early surrender vote (20-25mins), and the whole game is about whoever gets first baron. They arent that interesting and thus the reason I havent played one in a few weeks.
