Rumble's more of a sustained magic DPS champ. To ''nuke'' you need to land both harpoon, wich isnt easy if you dont face noobs. And even there, you cant call that a nuke if you compare it to Annie or Veigar or LB. The longer the fight is, the more dangerous he'll be, a bit like Skarner and Olaf.
