Awesome guide, was just thinking about this the other day when i noticed the 1.0ad ratio, although I agree with dark percy, last whisper is only really affective vs heavy armor tanks, otherwise black cleaver or ghostblade would do better.
Id also personally take regen over total mana, better lane sustain.

Awesome idea! I actually tried jungling with a version of this build, and found it hilarious and manageable. AD Malz isnt as good as other junglers, but no one else wanted to be one, so I gave it a shot! Fun and interesting guide, +1

I think you should remove the Last Whisper! It gives % penetration which is applied AFTER Flat penetration. Which means: Your runes, masteries, Youmuu's Ghostblade all reduce Last Whisper's effectiveness. Also, you should NEVER ever get Last Whisper as your first big item...

To be short: Last Whisper is only good if taken as last item if for some reason you HAVE to focus 200+ Armor champions. Flat pen and % pen do not go well together.

Simply remove it and replace it with Black Cleaver as your last item. With runes masteries, Youmuus and Black Cleaver you have MUCH more than enough Penetration, especially because you should be focusing enemy squishies, not tanks.

Tested this build just for fun in a normal blind premade with some friends (most playing mage ad), turned out to be unexpectedly extremely fun and powerful! Hah Hah Voidlings shredding the squishies with few attacks. Will try another time to see if I was just lucky, we got a bad enemy team which most of them just kept buying FoN/MR, it seems they didn't realized we weren't AP. But thanks for the build anyway!

You really don't need those CDR runes. You already have 30% cdr without them, 5% more isn't really worth it. Replace them with something more useful, like mana regen or mana maybe

Malefic Visions gives a mana bonus when the afflicted unit dies. Pushing it through an entire creep wave will give you a bunch of mana back, more than the cost of the ability.

AD Malz isn't that good, AP is obvious, BUT hybrid malz is somewhat viable. ( Manamune + Last Whisper + Hextech Gunblade + standard AP items.)
