What "bugsplat" do you mean?
I sometimes have this issue that I picked champ, locked in, patiently wait. Then that screen disappears, and LoL logo appears in the middle. Then it does nothing, until I got a QQ message about firewall. I change nothing, click retry and the game just loads.
I just have one question... Can't you just send an error report even if you don't get it?

Bugsplat is what Riot uses if their game crashes, it pops up whenever it crashes and you have to reload the client. There's also an error report button on the bugsplat window which I assume is what he's talking about.
As for not getting it and still doing it, well if he's talking about the bugsplat you need to get the error to send it, and if not well I assume they would want screenshots to give you RP.
Ah, that... I remember getting some of them as well but not recently.

Some ports arent openned and only the company that has the internet service can open them, so I have to use Hotspot shield to play. Mailed RIOT and they gave me Heimer + skin.
And no, I cant call the company and ask them to open the ports. I'll propably wait half an hour to know that I have to pay for that and then call the special service anti-companies-who-fool-people (the name is PROCON) and things will be done.
Not willing to lose a week doing that though

My advice:
Take a screen shot of that sheet, then try to get in touch with Riot, and tell 'em you haven't been able to play in FOREVER, or something equally dramatic.

I was referring to sending an error report directly from the Bugsplat error. There's a button to close the Bugsplat message, or send an error report to Riot. After about 10 failed attempts to get in-game, I sent them a pretty nasty message.

If you frequent the MOBAchat in-game, you may have heard that I randomly received 1050 RP (450 of that from Riot for "upholding the Summoner's Code", I found out). I finally found where the first 600 RP came from, and why I received it, so I figured I'd fill you guys in if you didn't already know about this.
The reason for the initial 600 RP, was because I sent Riot an error report after getting a Bugsplat every game, at the summoning screen. I let them know that I was unable to play for several days, because of this error. So, they sent me RP as compensation, and emailed me letting me know.
So, yeah, that's it. Thought I'd share, in case a few people weren't aware of this, and could potentially use it to get some free RP in the future. Just send an error report whenever you get dat Bugsplat, hopefully you'll be as lucky as I was.
