Armor pen or AD marks (if you're jungling take attack speed)

Choice glyphs (I opt for magic resistance, personally)
AD quints
That's pretty standard for AD champions. There are of course other options, but that should give you a good amount of early game damage. I don't believe CrC runes are any good compared to AD
And 21/9/0 is probably your best bet for masteries. Utility isn't quite as useful, but you can put 9 points there if you really want.
