I think future conditions should include the limitation of a set dimension, as some artists are known for big signatures and some are known for thinner ones.
Also, the same size canvas will mean people will have the same limitations for displaying their work, which will add to the challenge.
That said, I like #1 and #5, but I think #5 is just prettier with the colours.
