Kirluu, he wasn't saying, "Can you spell English" he was saying "can you correctly spell in English". So while the semi colon could have been utilised, the rest of what he said was fine.
Of course it would have made more sense as: Can you correctly spell words when using English?
But I believe Lugi was aiming for a more dramatic outburst.

I was actually considering correcting it to
*ENGLISH ***********ER; CAN YOU SPELL THE LANGUAGE CORRECTLY?
But then I decided that that would be changing the sentence a bit too much, as trying hit a comedic angle of correcting the one yelling and blaming others :3 No offense intended to anyone, of course ;o
