LOVE the colors and the contrast is perfect. Very unique sigs, with a lighter tone than most.
Only real criticism is what was said before about the words being the focus. This could be fixed (probably) by sharpening and moving the render layer up a few layers.

Sigs can have text as the focal point. Here is 2 I have made myself.
I have to agree with RamenL, the text can also be the main part of the signature, if that is what you were going for. I really like the sigs, gj.

Text can be focal, but in this signature it's not supposed to be. It's suppose to be the render, i mean what was the point of the render if the text is the focal? You can't even see the render if the text is on the render. I like this though, 8/10 remember to put this in the mobaverse gallery!

Well, just because there's a render I don't necessarily think that it has to be the focal point, although it would make sense I don't think it 'needs' to be. But yeh as I said before, I really like the signatures.
