I like the lighting contrast.
If there is a gradient layer perhaps reduce the fill/opacity a bit more.
The left set of floral "stickers" feel out of place and scrunched against the fan which prevents an indication of depth. Perhaps go over the fan then use a soft low opacity brush to erase whatever crops up over the fan thus creating an appearance of depth.
