With Annie it's terrible, you want a deathcap and a RoA asap. You probably want ignite instead of ghost too (she doesn't rely on ghost except to escape).
Next thing is that Nocturne should be in the jungle because it's the best for him. You should get bulkiness so that you can soak up damage once you ult in :3
2 PD's is just terrible too :3
The Rammus build is ok from what I see. I like some MR too like a FoN.
He also should be jungling.
Tryn build is ok but you should be building IE first and then at least some bulkiness like a Warmogs.
Also not sure I like the no flash on him.
The Fid build looks okay except that I def don't agree with Archangel's Staff, a RoA or Zhonya's would be better.
