But "Buff"... nah, looking at the spells: If they dont increase base dmg/ratios you will deal even LESS dmg than before: CS higher CD/AS from ulti moved to passive feels like it will be weaker... for that short dmg buff its not what I'd call a "buff".
(Ofc some nerf was necessary but not a rework beyond CS and a fix to the ddg = MR on Ulti)
Not to mention:
If the AD/AP ratios on Empower, Leap Strike and ulti are still the same, now that Counter Strike became a defense ability only more or less, why the **** should I even consider buying AP anymore?
Maybe Rageblade will still do it, but that way Jax will be reduced to nothing more than an AD autohit champ with some magic dmg like a melee/more fail version of AD Twisted Fate.

The whole point of Jax was to get your items and rape late game. Now he doesn't do **** lategame and is even worse in laning phase because of that ****ing passive. Might as well play him in the ****ing jungle even though he still doesn't have a 100% reliable ****ing stun.

God, I can't believe I bought Vandal Jax and thought Riot would actually buff Jax, what an idiot I am.
Sure, it's a complete rework, thats just ****ing great and sure, i'm sure it makes Jax better in some ****ing ways, but it was a terrible ****ing nerf to his lategame.
****ing hell, not ever going to give Riot my ****ing money again. Bunch of ****ing *********ers.
