competitively is a term being thrown around in this thread quite abit. But is the OP actually a competitive player ?
Though solo top Malph isn't the worst choice in the world, his kit betters around him roaming through the Jungle initiating ganks instead of being stuck in one lane trying to last hit and poke with the small amount of mana he has early-mid game.

He's been playing a lot better recently, and he has been picking teemo when he wants to "not need the jungler, and be able to 1v2 almost".
Or atleast, that's what he's been saying.
If he isn't playing teemo, it's because TSM doesn't want him to play teemo for some reason.
