Pantheon is going to be super tough now, 88% of his AD + 20 damage times 5 in 2.5 seconds. Easily 500 damage with only 100 damage
Imagine if you have 250 damage. Almost 1k damage in 2.5 seconds
And is Pillar of Filth like a better version of Anivias Ice Wall? Which btw needs a damage aura or something so you get assists for it

Im gonna have to update my builds skill order for panth... *sigh* while i may miss the harassing potential, i like that hss is, you know, WORTH something.
AND panth isnt OP. and this isnt going to change that one bit. Just bc i can burst your *** down in a few spell rotations doesnt mean im OP, bc any cc/ focus fire/ gank = one hosed pantheon.
