I was thinking I'd do more to it, like I said this was only 2 hours of me just playing around.
I think I need to go back to the beginning and then end it by writing a coda that brings it all together. I don't want to just repeat the beginning and end it because that wouldn't sound right.

I use Finale Allegro, which, unfortunately, is no longer available new.
You can still get Finale music writing programs (such as Finale Notepad, which I have to open my newer files), but the last year they made Allegro was 2007 (if I remember right).
The way the program works is I create an empty staff with my instruments of choice on it and then input the music note by note, listening to it and fixing it as I go along. Takes a while, but the results are almost always decent.
This one, for example, has two staves for oboes, though it has up to 4 parts at once in places.
