As Duff says. It's actually noted explicitly in the item descriptions in-game (Sheen says it doesn't stack with Trinity Force or Lich Bane, for example), but not reflected in their descriptions here. (Besides that, trying to stack Trinity Force and Sheen would make more sense, since Lich Bane is generally only useful for people that have boat loads of AP rather than boat loads of AD.)
