EVERYONE is using heal lately. I'm only a level 16 in normal pvps... But up until yesterday I never saw many people run the spell. Since last night 3/5 people on EVERY team I've faced have used it... And I've been playing a lot the past 2 days.
Like I don't know if the **** got buffed or anything but RAGE.

I am playing Caitlyn. My team says: force fight at baron. I first go farm top, minions were pushing and I needed to stack my Bloodthirster. My team fights, 3v5 because Karma just recalled, dies and blames me. Just... really? :S
Very first thing that happens in game. Eve jungle starts blue, I give a few hits, but that smart*** used Smite in such away that I got the blue buff -_- Then whole game long QQ about underleveled, jungle ****ed up... omg.
