Well u seem ******ed, if you check the masterys u will see that you dont need meki and philosophers you can upgrade to shurelyas.

and def. dont need exhaust

dont like the starting items . it will be more better if u start him with meki pendant and 2 health potions . so when u get back in base u'll have tear of the goddes for 595gold . meki pendant helps u farm more with spells and great mana reg. i think that philosopher's stone is unnecessary item for yorick u got ur E for healing and meki pendant for mana . but its good anyway xD

Why go 21 into utility? Wouldn't it be better to go 0/21/9 or even 9/21/0? You don't explain why u do this.

He's right you already have an amazing slow and your team fights are 6v5 shurelya's lets you control team fights. I would say atmogs before trinity though just because trinity is so expensive and you're so untanky until atmogs, but other than that pretty solid guide.
