Secondly: Please, I activate shield, go in last hit 3 creeps, enemy destroyed your shield-> lost 3 cs, stun him get 3 more and he lost 3 more then get out.
Yesyes, that is a little idealistic, but really it looks like you think every melee character can't farm properly? And really farming through AoE damage is bad at the best times, since it pushes your lane in bad moments.

hahahah :D you have problem lasthitting with a 100+ base AD char that has a huge aoe damage ability XD
You seem to enjoy an idealistic scenario in which the enemy doesn't have range, the sense to run, move speed higher than yours, any CC, Flash, or doesn't try to take out your shield before 4 seconds. 1.5 seconds is a poor stun and on a melee champ like Sion and it doesn't offer much in the way of retaliation when chasing due to it's high cooldown.
In the proper situation Sion doesn't have any trouble last hitting but when you fight against veteran players they tend to know how your Champ works and will try to exploit his weaknesses.
it's still a waste of gold, you're losing gold even though you're selling them back. They're what like 2k gold each? Selling them back (both of them) would be about 1450. So you're out 1100 gold for an item that's pretty mediocre, you may as well just build a doran's blade or something if you're looking for some quick cheap stats.
also the passive that lets you aoe kill minions very quickly. The Tiamats are useless when junling, however. I usually have trouble getting the last hit on minions (that sion desperately needs) because i find sion is only at his best when laning with a carry, the aoe damage also helps you to get more assists which is also pretty great. This build tailors best to games that last roughly an hour i suppose.
did you miss the part where you sell the tiamats? they are worth 1449 gold each when sold.

I also presume that you are level 8 or something since you don't jungle on your team if you already have a jungler, which is common even when you are level 20+.
Sadly to prove that you are more of a noob, you call the elixirs 250g potions. I mean wtf man, don't make guides when you're not even accustomed to the game. Please use sion more and play some ranked or at least draft to understand jungling or laning. Furthermore, jungling sions ALWAYS get dragon at level 6 so you should include a part of that.
Will try build to have a good laugh at it though. Sorry if I'm a bit harsh but Sion is one of my op mains and you don't just ruin a perfectly good character like this.
try it out before you shoot it down though. The early farming ability is remarkably quick and the extra 100 ad does make for very decent damage during mid game. The second warmog is as much for a boost from atma's as it is for lifesteal. So many people use lifesteal with low max hp which does a poor job sustaining you. Whats the point of being able to fill your hp to full when you hit but if you get stunned momentarily you can be killed from burst damage? Yes the second warmogs can be substituted for ghostblade and probably do a decent job but you miss out on surviving cc + burst.
The idea i have is sion running in from behind to kill off the ranged carry and probably another ranged carry (if they have more than one) without being taken down, allowing your team to rush the 3 remaining champions while they focus you. I simply try to balance power with survivability as well as consider Sions R and E, i find his W and Q aren't very reliable for AD Sion but they do help.
