Getting it on spam champs that farm like a boss, (SINGED) is a bad thing so you stay ahead?

If they can't harass effectively, you have no reason not to get it.

I do buy it on Singed. Pretty much every game.

Singed is a jungler :D

Also what you say is only true if you're not intending on aggressively winning the lane.
