Wota is meant to be good on Ryze too. And I'm assuming you're building Frozen Heart/Banshee's Veil before those RoAs because rushing those in lane is extremely fun on Ryze. :D

I go all out mana

Mpen reds (of course)

then mana per level/flat mana seals glyphs

Add in 1 flat mana quint two mana per level quints....And then I carry like a bawz

I haven't completely decided whether I prefer the BV-only build Duff likes or if I prefer tossing on RoA. On one hand, RoA provides more mana and lotsa yummy HP, but on the other hand, late WotA for all that spellvamp is pretty sexeh too.

It's def good, but I like the safety net RoA provides (also RoA, BV, FH, and AA net you around 4700 mana np).

roa
catalyst/glacial shroud (depending on enemies which order)
banshees/frozen heart (again depending on enemies)
wota (unless someone else has, then nother roa)
archangels
