This kind of problem is more efficiently dealt with by using the Report tool. Just find one of the offending posts and click Report, then fill in all the information you can about the problem. The report goes straight to the mods, who are the ones that handle disciplinary action.
This also builds up a record for that user. If they are repeatedly reported, the mods will know about it.
EDIT: You should also know that "troll votes" are generally not a punishable offense. Each member of mobafire is entitled to one vote per guide and it is their prerogative to vote up or down for whatever reason. It sucks to get downvoted meaninglessly, but there's nothing we can do about it unless the user is harassing another member or being very offensive, as well as the occasional IP hacker who cheats to vote more than once per guide. Those guys get banned.

Now the guide i worked so much on it has 44% Just cause of him.
And it is not just me.
