That's something like what the top Talon build is. It can work, but Philosopher's Stone and Shurelya's Reverie are both unnecessary. Especially considering that Shurelya's Reverie's active is useless when you've got Youmuu's Ghostblade's active.

It is something like what the top talon guide is because that is how I learned to play Talon lol. I get Sherleya's for the CD mostly since I chose boots of mobility. TBH, i need to get better with using item actives, I have a tendency to forget about them. If I get Ionian boots, then I don't get Sherleya's.
