I've never played Ashe but I'll talk about Kat's guide. First of all, in my opinion, you should start with boots to have that extra mobility early game. Plus, stacking Deathcaps is a bad idea. You see, when an item has a UNIQUE passive it means that if you stack the item you will not get that bonus. Therefore, you're spending money in an item that will not have full effect.
In my opinion, I think that ap kat should use sorcerer's or ionian boots instead of mobility's to get that extra Magic penetration or cooldown reduction since she already has a good teleport.
Concluding my topic I must repeat this: do NOT stack 3 deathcaps as they will not have their full effect and although you'll have a tremendous ammount of AP, you will not be that efficient. I would recommend getting a Void Staff and a Zhonya's Hourglass or a Banshee's Veil instead of the second and third deathcaps.

I´m not sure if that is the correct number of runes, but anyway buy only AP and magic penetration. (Kata has a bit low health but u dont need life runes because u have Rylai's Crystal Scepter wich gives you an extra 500 health.

I recomend to start the game with shunpo, to search in bushes without taking damage.
So, how do I can search and dont take any demage?

Easy, u go with an allie, and he stays outside, on the other bush. u go ahead, and look in the other bush.If theres somone there o use shunpo on your allie and run.
It will be so fast that your ennemies wont have time to hit u. :D

Easy tip to use.

Best way to get dobles in your lane:
Play kata, and get a friend to play with Ashe. Dont attack to hard until you get your ulti.

Then it´s easy, tell Ashe to use her ulti, and you use suhnpo on them and start Death Lotus.

With them stun form Ashe ulti, they cant even fear, disable, or use protection spells, u just kill them, and they cant do anything.
