Annie Build: Building it the Right Way
personally, I find a Zhonya realy more usefull than a AA because we can nuke the carry and pop it to survive and let ur team win the team fight because we are an aoe taunt and anie with this build dont need more mana and can finish the game with 800 ap whitout it anyway ;)
There are several changes you can fix in order to make your guide better! Here are some of my ideas
overall, great start to a guide though! I think this guide will have much success later! :) If it isnt too much of a hassle for you, could you check out my twitch guide? It has been the victim of troll votes recently (guide link is in my signature)

Hi, I'm reviewing your guide based upon your request at my Review Shop :)
In your cheat sheet, please display your item purchases in a coherent way. You would get Sorc shoes before a finished RoA, right? It takes a minimum of 12.5 minutes to charge an Archange's Staff, so getting it that late isn't a great idea. I think you need more survivability like a Zhonya's or a Banshee's Veil.
Your Pros/Cons section could use a little color and coding. Your masteries section doesn't really explain anything. There is no reason to list useless summoner spells.
When using line dividers always have an extra enter space before and after the line, otherwise text and images will touch the line in an ugly way.
The guide isn't even finished! Why would you get me to review this??? D: D: D: D: D: D: D: :(
Im sorry I disappointed you D= D= D= =( I haven't been able to work on the build for a long time with school and work and finish it on the planned date. But with spring break starting I will have 24HRS every day I can spend working on this. If its ok I would like you to re-review(sounds weird)my build when I am done. I will PM you as well SiAreEx, also from your review shop,Sorry and thanks for the advice!=)

Your build definatly has potential, but is still missing some parts. Definatly informational with the parts shown above. I like the format. but the Mobafire BBCodes for Runes and Masteries are alot prettier than imaging :]. This build definatly needs some work because it really seems unfinished due to the fact that i see an incomplete Items section. Also some laning tips for newer
