Before the build I would like to tell you something.(read in Old Spice Guy voice)
“Hello, summoners, look at your AP carry, now back to our Annie, now back at your AP carry, now back to Annie. Sadly, your AP carry isn’t Annie, but if he stopped using nooby builds and switched to my builds, he could carry like he’s Annie. Look down, back up, where are you? You’re on Summoners Rift with the AP carry your AP carry could be like. What’s in your hand, back at Annie. She has it, it’s a Rabadons Deathcap with that bonus AP you always wanted. Look again, the Rabadon is now a Void Staff. Anything is possible when your AP carry uses my builds and not a nooby one. We just won the game.”

Fleet Footwork
Phase Rush
Greater Mark of Magic Penetration: Who doesn't want some nice magic pen?
Greater Seal of Scaling Mana Regeneration: Good mana regain for Annie especially early game if you spam her ability's to much.
Greater Glyph of Scaling Ability Power: Good ability power boost early game.
Greater Quintessence of Ability Power: Again nice ability power head start.

Summoner Spells

Ignite: Good at helping you to secure kills in-case your not fast enough.
Flash: Pretty much the only escaping tool you have if you bring Ignite with you.


Other Summoner Spells

Exhaust: Good for slowing down enemies for chasing, although you should have killed them if your OP, or for escaping a ninja Master Yi that has 2 Phantom Dancers.
Ghost: Good for escaping or chasing because you are very slow. Like mentioned above you shouldn't really need it because if you are playing properly they should all die before they can even move from the stun.

Skill Explanation

Pyromania: After casting 5 spells, Annie's next spell will stun the target for 1.75 seconds.

This is your cheese on the cracker. Charge it up before team fights.

Disintegrate: Annie hurls a mana-infused fireball, dealing damage and refunding the mana cost if it destroys the target.

This is your last hit tool. Feel free to spam it on low health minions because you get the mana back and it has a fairly low cooldown. Also use this to harass enemies with your stun.


Incinerate: Annie casts a blazing cone of fire, dealing damage to all targets in the area.

You use this to get minions low so you can lat hit with Disintegrate. You can also use this to charge up your stun when your walking out of your base if you want. NOTE: Incinerate can not go through structures. E.g. turrets, walls, dead turrets etc.


Molten Shield: Shields Annie from harm, reducing damage she takes and returning damage from basic attacks.

This is like your mini built in Thornmail against a ninja Master Yi that has a lot of attack speed. I take one point in this early game, just in case, and max it out last. Activate this before entering a fight. NOTE: You can use this to charge up your stun.


Summon: Tibbers: Annie wills her bear Tibbers to life, dealing damage to units in the area. Tibbers can attack and also burns enemies that stand near him.

This is the freaking OP bear that will kill everyone. In order to get the kills you have to use him right. First, you need to charge up your stun. If its a team fight and the enemy team is clustered together you can either stun with Incinerate or with Summon: Tibbers although I prefer stunning with Summon: Tibbers. Then your just use anything you have to deal damage. In the case of a 1v1 I would not recommend you to use Incinerate or Summon: Tibbers for your stun. Instead use Disintegrate this is because you can easily miss with Summon: Tibbers, but using Disintegrate will insure the stun. After stunning quickly drop your Tibber and kill him with all you got.

I prioritize in Disintegrate and Incinerate first. I take Disintegrate first for early last hitting then I take Incinerate next to help my farming with Disintegrate. At level 3 I take 1 point in Molten Shield just in case if the enemy team has dps champions. After level 3 i take turns leveling up Disintegrate and Incinerate and leveling up Summon: Tibbers when I can. I then max out Molten Shield last.

Starting Items

Amplifying Tome 400
Health Potion 50

Your standard item for Ap champions. I highly recommend getting this item first. This is because it gives you 100 Hp, 15 AP and mana regen witch is very usefull especially the HP since you are really squishy eerly game. If you are getting constantly harassed you can get another one before your boots.
