The only thing that he gains from attack speed is procing more of his passive. Frankly all the attack speed he needs could be from a single attack speed item and
Highlander. Too many have I seen Master Yi players who get nothing but Phantom Dancer and when they use their ultimate they don't even gain attack speed anymore. It's really silly to me after seeing all that. Damage is however a more important key.

Let people keep stacking nothing but attack speed on Yi. I will continue building Thornmail, allowing them to commit suicide. :)

You get early-game Attackspeed instead of AD on Yi because of his one skill which name i forgot...that's the reason, also did i get you right? The Yi was Building something different first, then he sold his items for 3 BT's and then he sucked?

That's what he said. I played Yi often, and I usually do not get more than one BT. Stacking a couple PD or even three if things work well makes him a lot of fun to play. But what's the point of stacking Crit chance if you don't add an IE? At that point, if the enemy team fails to come up with a plan, you are just rolling.

This is one of the games that I had... Nothing really. Just wanted to post how that stupid Yi bought 3 BTs XD
What happened was he massacred us from one clash to another (can't remember what his build was before he bought 3 BTs). They destroyed all turrets except the two closest to the Nexus. By then i was able to buy the items i needed and in turn, massacred their team. I told my team to buy TM to last longer XD
They came back with Baron buff. Yi towerdived. I massacred his entire team. Only then i noticed he had THREE BT's.
Just posted this to share with others that there are people who still believe 3 BTs work XD
