My first thought is that you have good imagination and that you make good spells.
My second thought is that the spells are completely overpowered. His W and R especially. To deal 28% damage back to the attacker of which 14% is true damage is way to much. And his ulti deals too much base damage along with the snare. I also would like to see more AD ratios on the abilities that deal direct damage.

Lol, yes I have a quite good imagination XD Secondly, he's Noxian, that makes him OP.
Just kidding, I'm only level 18, I guess that's why they're OP ;P I might change it but I'm lazy now XD Thanks for you response though, I'm really happy that someone looks at my thread! :o

No problems. I know the feeling when nobody checks your ideas, and it's not fun...
But you should search the database for champions that is similar to your and watch the damages from their spells. That way you can make spells with a bit more realistic damage.

My suggestion for the Spined Armour is that he returns a flat amount of damage rather than a percentage.

Basically, he's quite like Garen. He's a slayer and loves to kill. Like Garen he doesn't use mana or fury or anything else. Where his mana should be is just a 0/0.
I can't really think of any good lore, if you have an idea to the lore, write it! :o

Hm, what is his stats gonna be. I'm thinking:
Offense: 8/10
Defense: 5/10
Abilities: 5/10
Difficulty: ? (I don't know :P)
Aaah-bilities!
Passive: Slayer's Fury
Rall's fury becomes greater on every hit, so he deals a bonus 3 damage on each basic attack he makes within 5 secs. This increases by 2 at levels 12 and 18. Maximal of 100 bonus damage.
Q: Slaugther
Passive: Rall gains 5/8/11/14/17 armour penetration.
Active: Rall gains double the armour penetration and his basic attacks leave Mystic Wounds (they reduce healing by 15/20/25/30/35% and reduces the movement speed of the target by 5/7/9/12/15% and last 5 secs (this remains the same no matter what the rank of this ability is). This whole thing lasts 3/4/5/6/7 secs.
(If you're thinking COOLDOWNS then come with cooldown time ideas :P)
W: Spined Armour
Passive: Ralls spiny armour causes basic attacks that hits Rall to deal 5/10/13/15/18 physical damage back to the attacker.
Active: The damage reflected is doubled for 3/5/7/8/9.5 secs and 25% of it is dealt as true damage. Rall also deals 3/5/7/9/11 magic damage to nearby enemies each second for 3/5/7/8/9.5 secs.
E: Dread Assault
Targets an area close to Rall, that he leaps towards. When he lands, enemies in the area take 50/75/115/130/145 magic damage +25% of his attack damage and is feared for 0.5 second (remains the same). If it kills one or more units, Rall gains 5/7/9/12/14% lifesteal and 5/6/7/8/9% spellvamp for 2 secs.
R/ULTIMATE: Wrath of Noxus
Rall targets a champion and throws a shadowy-whip/bolas thing towards them that roots them in place until the spell ends. Rall then moves towards them and strikes them so that they take 25/45/55/60/70 physical damage per sec for 3 secs. Afterwards, Rall strikes the ground where the snared champ is and deals 100/130/160/180/195 physical damage (is this OP? I'm not sure) to all units in the area. After this, his spiritual powers isn't strong enough to root the target anymore, so it's released.
That was my champ idea :3 How does he look? I don't know, thinking a Dark kind of Xin Zhao, Garen, Taric, Tryndamere mixed together :P And that's all, have fun! (Oh wait, there's one more thing, I fixed him :D He's not too OP now! Thanks for the advice ^^!)
