And Hexdrinker as a situational item? Really?
about Quicksilver Sash and Cleanse:
QSS removes more debuffs then cleanse does.
1) from the LoL wiki: Cleanse cannot be used while suppresed, and thus can not remove spells like Warwick's Infinite Duress, Malzahar's Nether Grasp and Skarner's Impale.

2)about the laning section
I will add more champions in the laning section when i get a good idea about how to fight against them. I don't play that much so it will take a while before i have a strategy.
1) Take out Hexdrinker.
I understand the concept, a nice 300 magic damage prevention shield and all, but unless you're playing AD Ahri, you loose benefit from part of the item.
2) Walls of text.
The guide is unorganized in parts and has "walls of text"--long spots of writing that are super unappealing to read.
3) Item description/reasoning problems?
Quicksilver Sash removes everything that Cleanse removes. Nothing more, nothing less.

Also, some other nice additions to your Laning section:
NOTE: I added a link to the #1 guide of each mid champion I selected. A good way to learn how to counter a champion is to learn how to PLAY a champion. Try reading the gameplay section of each guide and figure out some helpful tips and pointers to add. I added a couple of my own that you are more than welcome to use.
Orianna - I used to main Orianna, (I have since moved on to Cassiopeia), and I can tell you that she is a supreme enemy when played correctly in mid. She's free this week, so you'll have an opportunity to study how the champion is played. Tips off the top of my head are that her ball moves very slow and has an 800 range. Try to watch when she moves forward in lane as it is usually the sign that she wants to throw her ball. If her ball hits you, try to get out of the (very small) range of it so that she cannot cast her Command: Dissonance, Command: Shockwave, Command: Protect, or hit you again with Command: Attack.

Ryze - How is he not in there? (No offense). I understand Ryze is played less often, but he is deadly when played well. He is also free this week, so study up. Some advice I can offer off the top of my head is that his snare will shut your mobility down as Ahri, so you'll want to keep distance when harassing.

Xerath - Also not played often, but again very dangerous played well with a summoner who can hit skillshots. He is not free this week, so you'll have to look out for one. Tips that I can think of are to avoid his skillshots and he'll do very little damage to you. Especially focus on playing safe when he marks you with his mage chains.

Hope this helped!
