I go through phases on what I find attractive, but it really comes down to the individual. There isn't one thing I'm attracted to in regards to style.
Short hair, long hair, sneakers high heels pants skirts, it really depends on the person and how they rock it. Generally confidence in the style is attractive, and cockiness/ego in said style becomes a turn off. I think most people will agree on that regardless of gender.
