nah I keed, but really, spec into a whole tree for just 10% cdr? no. it's good, but 30-40 AP from offense or more HP and defenses from defense es better.

The HP-reg is still pretty bad, but it might be worth taking just to get a little easier earlygame.

It's 12.1 with 9/21. 10% with utility. Lugi was referring to the defense tree :P

I just think that getting 3% more HP and 10% CCR is super gud, and the 8% CDR is super donkey kong dope.
